Ordering Process
➢ How do I place an order?
Select your product, upload your photos, text, and design details directly on our website. Once your order is placed, our team will begin the design process.
➢ What happens after I place my order?
You’ll receive a design proof within 2–3 business days. Each order includes two rounds of revisions.
Proofs & Approvals
➢ Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes, you will always receive a digital proof for review and approval.
➢ Can I make changes after approval?
No further changes can be made once you approve the proof. We are not responsible for errors, typos, or omissions approved in the final proof.
Rush Orders
➢ Do you offer rush services?
Yes! Rush orders (1.5 weeks or less) are available with a rush fee.
➢ How do rush orders work?
To meet tight deadlines, we require full payment and all details up front. For fastest turnaround, we may ask you to select from our pre-designed templates (see Instagram Highlights).
➢ Are rush orders guaranteed?
We’ll do everything possible to meet your deadline, but we are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or shipping carriers.
Payment & Refunds
➢ When is payment due?
Full payment is required before any work begins.
➢ Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Production, Shipping & Pick-Up
➢ How long does production take?
Standard turnaround begins after proof approval. Production times vary by product.
➢ Where do I pick up my order?
Pick-up is available in Garden Grove, CA:
○ Monday–Friday after 6:30 PM
○ Saturday by appointment only
➢ Do you ship orders?
Yes, shipping is available (rates apply). Please note that once shipped, delays by carriers are outside our control. Life-size Cutouts cannot be shipped and are for pick-up only.
Design & Printing Notes
➢ Why do my printed colors look different from my screen?
Due to variations in monitors, devices, and print processes, colors may appear slightly different in print than on your screen.
➢ Who is responsible for errors?
Customers must review all proof pages carefully. Once approved, we are not responsible for mistakes, spelling errors, or design changes.
Liability & Terms
- Customers must provide all required assets (photos, text, logos) before production begins. Delays caused by missing information are not our responsibility.
- Rush orders are non-refundable if delayed due to incomplete details.
- Once an order is approved, any requested changes may result in additional fees and extended timelines.
